This is a danish classic. A real Egg-Lunch. The Danes call it a “Æggemad”, which means Egg-food. A must for a good lunch.
And if you add some delicious big Shrimps to it, good with mayonnaise, a little bit of Rucola salad to spice it up and plenty of salt and pepper, on top of a splendid slice dark rye bread, you have made yourself a dream of a lunch dish.
An Egg dish with Shrimps is one of the simplest lunch dishes, that just tastes fantastic.
In the end you can perfect it with some slices of citron.
